- The head cap cannot seal perfectly seamless. It may deform slightly by environment. Warm water soak + gentle reshaping works.
- Mold lines & fusion seams are normal. They won’t weaken the doll. Items ship unpolished. Mold lines vary per doll.
- Burrs & mold release gates on joints/body are normal, no pre-ship polishing.
- Visible assembly marks may exist. Internal parts may differ in skin tone. Re-glue if parts come loose.
- Tiny spots/inclusions ≤3mm are normal, randomly distributed.
- Dolls ship raw with mottled mold surface. You can seal & paint directly, or sand with 3000+ grit sandpaper.
- Avoid long fixed poses. Store in cool dry ventilated place to prevent yellowing.
- Warm water / heat gun can fix deformation, then gently reshape.
- Misaligned joints: twist along elastic string to reset.
