Since most of the products sold in our store are customized products, we do not accept refunds or returns due to personal reasons after booking. If you apply for a refund during the production of the product, the deposit cannot be refunded and subsequent purchases are prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.

When you receive the express delivery and find that the goods are seriously damaged, please immediately take photos and videos, including the outer packaging and products, and contact us via email or online chat on the website within 3 days for negotiation. We will guide you to refund if necessary.
2. The product itself has serious quality problems. Please contact us via email or online chat within 3 days of receiving the product. We will negotiate and deal with it after verification. Please do not initiate a refund before communicating.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
